Our Department of Family, Individuals and Estate Law– led by Armelle Grandpey – advises and assists at every stage of family life.

Generally, our family law team takes part in disputes and advice in the following areas :
- Marriage, contracts of civil union (PACS), common-law partnerships;
- Full and simple adoptions (for bachelors, heterosexual or homosexual couples);
- Rectification of civil status records, entry into France and acquisition of nationality for children born abroad (medically assisted procreation, surrogacy);
- Separation (life partners, legal separation);
- Divorce (mutual consent, divorce by fault, acceptance in principle of the rupture of the marriage or definitive severing of marital ties) – initially, temporary then definitive measures;
- Arrangements for children during divorce or beyond the divorce process (custody, residence, visitation rights and accommodation, contribution for upbringing and education);
- Dissolution of the matrimonial regime during the divorce procedure or post divorce, in such cases, monitoring of auditing procedures of the dissolution of the matrimonial regime and division of property;

- Advice and litigation for estates (French and international wills and trusts).
