• Provided legal counsel for a French company seeking to open operations in Israel (400M€ revenue, 500 employees in 5 countries) specializing in collection, sorting and waste management as well as urban sanitation and water treatment;
• Opened a local branch for a French company as well as their business bank account, the negotiation of the business lease, employment contracts, set-up partnerships, negotiations and drafted various commercial contracts…;
• Acquisitions, company transfers ;
• Legal counsel and assistance for Israeli companies wishing to open branches or subsidiaries in France (choice of company structure and constitution, employees’ contracts, reports to headquarters);
• Continuing legal counsel and assistance for Israeli companies doing business in France, for example a software publisher in the field of architecture (R&D in Israel, distribution entities in France and Malta);

Estate administration (Wills and Trusts)

The Firm provides legal counsel and assistance for Israeli and French heirs involved in international inheritance; drafting wills, negotiations and assistance during the settlement process in France (before the notary) and in Israel as well as handling disputes before the courts.
