Generally speaking, the labor and social law department takes part in :

  • Management of hiring practices and careers (work contract negotiation or individual statutory positions, detachment abroad and expatriation…)
  • Lay-off practices in pre-litigation and litigation (for personal or economic motives) and alternative methods for contract termination
  • Negotiation of conditions for termination (no matter the motive, whether it be a voluntary departure, a negotiated departure, a mutually agreed termination, personal or economic lay-off or retirement)

  • Preparation and monitoring Employment Protection Plan (PSE)
